CNN, ABC World News Tonight, Fox News and the Nightly Business Report on PBS recently featured Jon D. Pels and interviewed him regarding the Bankruptcy Reform Act before Congress in the recent legislative session. The Washington Post also featured Mr. Pels in a recent article regarding the increase of bankruptcy filings in the Washington Metropolitan area. Our attorneys are currently involved in the Amtrak litigation, resulting from the tragic accident that occurred in February 1996. Mr. Pels just received an award from the Montgomery County Bar Association, recognizing his dedicated service to the county pro bono program. Finally, in a non-legal matter, Lawrence J.
